Living in Town Just Got Easier with New Mortgage Assistance Program

In June, Invest Atlanta launched its new Intown Mortgage Assistance Program (IMAP) to make it easier for prospective buyers to purchase homes within most of Atlanta. Invest Atlanta Continues to Get Federal Funds Through GDOT with Recertification

The Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Local Administered Project Certification Committee has approved Invest Atlanta’s recertification application. The action means that Invest Atlanta will continue to receive federal funding through GDOT for Atlanta Beltline projects until Aug. 31, 2019. 340 Auburn Avenue Gets a Facelift

The exterior renovation of 340 Auburn Avenue, which was partly financed through a grant awarded by Invest Atlanta, has been completed and fully funded.
